Michelle Noall

Michelle Noall is a dedicated and accomplished professional with nearly three decades of experience in various finance roles. She currently serves as the Global Finance Director at Lubrizol, a Berkshire Hathaway company. In her various roles at Lubrizol, Michelle has overseen the financial performance of businesses with revenues up to $1 billion, and she has been instrumental in managing divestitures and involved in assessing mergers & acquisitions. Throughout her tenure, she has demonstrated strong leadership, guiding teams of up to seven individuals.

Michelle’s commitment to community service is evident through her involvement with the United Way committee and her role as a mentor to interns and new employees at Lubrizol. She has also participated in the YWCA Women in Leadership Quest Program, which provided her the opportunity to network with other professionals and meet influential leaders like Stephanie!

Prior to her current position, Michelle worked as a consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton and Accenture. Notably, at Booz Allen Hamilton, she served as the financial liaison between NASA Glenn and the City of Cleveland for the Cleveland Hopkins Airport Expansion Project. Additionally, she held the position of Treasurer for the NASA Glenn Business and Professional Women’s Association.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Kent State University and an MBA in Accounting from Baldwin Wallace University.

Michelle resides in Northfield Center with her husband, Tyler, and is the proud mother of her daughter, Allison, and stepmother to her two bonus children, Rachel and Weston.   She is also a proud pet parent to their fur babies, Gunner and Jojo.
