As the Founder and CEO of Trail Guide CRM, Nicole specializes in guiding organizations through successful technology journeys using the innovative Contained Agile Methodology Process (CAMP)™.

A passionate mentor and community leader, Nicole has dedicated her career to helping professionals and businesses thrive through collaboration, education, and innovation. Beyond her professional achievements, Nicole is committed to creating inclusive, supportive environments for those in need, which aligns deeply with Three C’s mission.

As a board member, Nicole is honored to support Three C’s efforts to build a compassionate community for children affected by addiction. Through her expertise in organizational strategy and outreach, she looks forward to helping Three C establish support groups in Lorain County, foster partnerships with schools and addiction service providers, and empower young lives through resilience, connection, and shared experience.
